Yeah was just looking into that, I was making an IEAK so I already have the "pan-european text display support" that you're being asked for. Don't download it or your machine will probably recognize the message as "Turkish (ISO)" too!

Somehow OE 5 sees his messages as turkish and shows me a bunch of little squares.
I've had to "view message source" every time he hits send just to see what's going on!
