We had a problem with emails sent from Outlook recently. Emails that were opened online (via Web Messaging) appeared with no message body. We discovered that messages sent from Outlook clients that were using stationery resulted in this problem. (If the email was forwarded to another Outlook client, the recipient could open and read the message body.) When the sender "turned off" Outlook stationery, the message bodies appeared online fine. I did some global.cfg surgery trying to weed out the less effective dnsbl and filter tests. I figure that the dnsbl tests are most likely the reason for the extended lifetime of the Declude processes, and the filter files are the most likely culprits for higher resource usage.
