Hi! I believe you can use Declude Pro HiJack and settings for catching outgoing spam for stopping spammers sending through webmail.
You should only have to comment out #ALLOWIP 127.0.0.1 and any other IP related to the email server that uses webmail. Webmail is set to the IP you have on your server, not the users as it is when using POP3. We use it and it works fine. Be careful to set/find a correct setting for RELAYTHRESHOLD1 and RELAYTHRESHOLD2 when doing this, because these settings will affect all outgoing email, even email sent through POP3.
