Nate, Well, that key is for the setting found in IMail Admin > Localhost folder > General tab >Default Host. Do you see the same information there? Can you change it to localhost? If not, then you can try changing the value in regedit to localhost.
Does having it set to localhost help? Try restarting all IMail services and test again, if needed.
