Nate, Anytime I see something not quite right in the registry, I wonder.... Is something (someone?) corrupting it? Is it going bad? Unfortunately I don't have any particular recommendations, except make sure you have a recent backup and keep an eye on things!

Nate, Well, that key is for the setting found in IMail Admin > Localhost folder > General tab >Default Host. Do you see the same information there? Can you change it to localhost? If not, then you can try changing the value in regedit to localhost. Does having it set to localhost help? Try restarting all IMail services and test again, if needed.
