It sure does look that way doesnt it... what remains to be seen is if they will own up or try to lay it off... for those of us who bought early believing there line about the product there should be an additional years service contract given as in effect we are doing the troubleshooting and development with them...

I feel deceived by Ipswitch. When I was told that 2006 would be out November 28 I had already planned to go to Smartermail but seeing Ipswitch getting their version out first we did pay for a service contract. Now its obvious that Ipswitch knew that many of us would have left if Smartermail released first - so they released a product they well knew was not ready.
