Duh! Thanks Daniel. It was an Outlook set up to login to that mailbox. I
thought I checked for that. The mail was sent to a second level subfolder of
the Outlook InBox (that wasn't expanded). Thanks again.

Jeff,

The only things that can cause mail to be removed are:
1. POP3 client logs in and 'downloads' messages (deletes all when
download completed).
2. POP3, IMAP4 or Web MSG client connects and 'deletes' messages.
3. IMail Admin runs and someone selects 'delete messages by date'. This
would remove ALL mesages in ALL mailboxes beyond the date specified.
4. Someone has deleted the file, main.mbx (from the server or via some
other access that is allowed).
5. User deleted via IMail Admin and you said Yes, to the 'delete files
and folders', then recreate the account with the exact same name.

That you could see the users in IAdmin (and create new ones) and send
messages to a user and read them, means IMail is working!
