"so Outlook is not an ideal email solution for us from the angle of
attachments."
Ain't that the truth! I'm glad that OL2003 allows for larger pst files. We
have JPGs, XLSs and PPTs flying around, and many users apply the CYA
principle. It's irritating to see a 1.9GB pst file.

Adam,
you're talking about file types, where most of them are less than 1MB.
Architect's mail often contains zip files of AutoCAD drawings with
the size up to 10MB. Since both the sender and recipient firms are
architect ones, we both allow this large file attachments. The
average size of Eudora folders are between 2-5GB on our user's
computers, so switching to Outlook seems like will be a piece of cake
eventually.:)
I will probably make everybody start with empty Outlooks and use the
Eudora for looking up archive emails only, and limit the Outlook PST
file on user's computers with group policy.
What do you mean "CYA principle" in this case? printing all messages
and/or copying/saving messages and atachments?
