happens if it doesn't fix it? BFD. You've only spent a couple of minutes,
and it's helped IPswitch by eliminating a possible source of the problem,
thereby allowing them to concentrate on other possible causes and getting you a
solution that much quicker. On the other hand, it might actually fix your
problem.
