Doug,

This is an example of 'deep-scanning' and not connection rejection based on simple blacklisting. The server is taking in the message and then analyzing the content of the message along with IP and domain based tests, and is then rejecting it. This explains why some messages work and others don't.

secureserver.net = GoDaddy = you get what you pay for. This could be anything from bayesian filtering to pattern filtering to URIBL filtering, etc.. No way to tell based on what you are getting as an error. In GoDaddy's defense, they clearly have a lot of customers that try to spam, and they appear to have tightened the screws very tight. It's tough to serve millions of domains and manage abuse. Your problem will go away if you can find another server to relay off of. It also appears that you are handling E-mail for Internet cafes which are notorious for having their connections used by spammers and users with infected computers, and this may help explain your issues.
