If its mission critical and you have a valid SA why are you not running
the updated software that contains the fix for this?

Last week I sent an email to support requesting some information about
upgrading to mitigate the security risk with the SMTP service.
Yesterday, I finally got a response with about half the information I
asked for.
I send another email asking for the remainder of the information.
Today I get hit and my email service shuts down.
I call in to get the information directly.
I have been on hold for over an hour and now my service stopped
responding again.
Well atleast it's not a mission critical application that I have
purchased a service agreement for.
