[IMail Forum] 2006.2 installation questions

Trying to do a clean install and get the error that Aladdin HASP SL Runtime
has ENCOUNTERED an internal error.
 
 
Any ideas?  Been waiting on hold for a while with IPswitch.  Server is a
Dell 6600 with 2003 enterprise with all service packs and .net 2.0
