I had trouble installing 2006 (original not .2). It turned out to be a bug - the software won't install properly on a dual processor machine. I don't know if they fixed that in .2, but it sounds like they didn't. The error you're describing was exactly what I was seeing. The "fix" involved tricking the server. Apparently I did a terrible job of documenting it though... <rueful grin> I can't find the notes. I know it involved making the server think it was a single processor server temporarily. If you can get Tech Support on the phone again, they should be able to search for that issue and help you right away. Good luck. Denise
