OT: DNS transferHi Sharyn, If you set up your zone as a secondary and they will allow you to pull the zone, then you can receive it that way, and switch the zone back to primary once you have it.
If not, you can ask them to send it to you. Otherwise, the only way to do it is to create it from scratch (or by copying another of your zone files and changing as appropriate) or use whatever GUI provided for the DNS server you run. Unless you are concerned about records you would not see from dig, you can quickly and easily set it up from scratch or by using one of your other domains as a template.
