Unless you are concerned about records you would not see from dig, you can
quickly and easily set it up from scratch or by using one of your other
domains as a template.

Unless I"m reading this wrong, which is possible, it looks like I need the
following:
 
An A record for mx.fusemail.net  208.70.128.213
An MX record for mx.fusemail.net
An A record for ibrandsinc.com 198.66.219.216
And SOA and NS records for the primary and 2ndary nameservers I'm switching
this over to.
