Matt, it seemed to help at the time, but not a fix. We still get this
and have not been able to find any common issue causing the problem.

Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] web messaging: Attempted to read or write
protected memory.

Ted, Tripp, Ken and my Mommy,

I am working with two companies that rely very, very heavily on
webmail. Any information about this error would be appreciated, and I
hate to say it but...imperative to know.

Am correct that the "IIS Worker Process" problem that affected heavily
used servers has been fixed in 2006.21? If so, is this "protected
memory" error seen commonly under any conditions (such as heavy use of
webmail), or is it just simply hit or miss on both smaller/less used
servers and larger/more used servers?

I did note an E-mail from Grant Griffith on 5/10 saying that he turned
off logging for webmail and everything worked fine, but this was not
specific enough to indicate resolution through isolation of that event
and I can't tell by his reply to this thread today if this in fact
provided long-term resolution (Grant?).

Thanks,

Matt
