I'm 100% sure that it is not only a load issue because we see it, too. I have only one domain with less than 50 users. Only three of them use Web Services from time to time. And still I see the problems with the IIS Worker Process. The machine is a dedicated mail server with IMail Premium 2006.2 and mxGuard which uses MessageSniffer and ClamAV.
