You will need to use an email client such as Outlook for this. Create one email account in Outlook to connect to the user on the hostway servers via POP3. Download all messages. Now create another email account in Outlook as a IMAP account to your server for the same user. Now MOVE the emails from the hostway account to the folders for the user account on your server.
