Tripp,

For those of us (most of us) that purchased a software subscription for IMail 9.x and are still waiting for a stable webmail interface, is there going to be any sort of attempt made to fix the current issues without another major version upgrade?

I am afraid that I paid for a service agreement about a year and a half ago and a product that is stable has not yet been made available, and I get the impression that I am going to be told to upgrade to version 10 and pay for another service agreement.

Thanks,

Matt
