There have been a few reports of issues with the web client under high load situations and we have been working hard tying to isolate and fix these problems. It has been very difficult to duplicate, but we feel that we have made progress. There will be a 2006.22 (9.22) release soon that should address the problem.

I am afraid that I paid for a service agreement about a year and a half ago and a product that is stable has not yet been made available, and I get the impression that I am going to be told to upgrade to version 10 and pay for another service agreement.
