I too want to know about a stable Web mail version. I remain at version 8.22,
despite keeping both our separate Enterprise IMail server licenses up-to-date.
At this point I feel to have spent good money for nothing 2 years in a row
awaiting IPSwitch to get a stable Web Mail out the door and that will not keep
crashing the servers under load/volume. I get the same impression I am going to
be told to upgrade to version 10. I am not going to do it until I have proof
positive all these issues have been resolved.

Tripp,

For those of us (most of us) that purchased a software subscription for IMail
9.x and are still waiting for a stable webmail interface, is there going to be
any sort of attempt made to fix the current issues without another major
version upgrade?

I am afraid that I paid for a service agreement about a year and a half ago and
a product that is stable has not yet been made available, and I get the
impression that I am going to be told to upgrade to version 10 and pay for
another service agreement.

Thanks,

Matt

We are also working on a low bandwidth template set for IMail 10. Be on the
look out for a Technical Preview (beta) before the end of the year.
