Interesting phenomenon. I have a client that is local, but travels. He got
to Key Largo yesterday and got a local dialup connection there and started
having the same problem. He switched ISPs there and it still happened. He
did not have the problem dialing in through us, but does down there. One
other thing to mention is that we just upgraded to 6.02 the day before
yesterday. Wondering now if has more to do with v6.02 than with IE or
Netscape. Maybe a combination of the two? Kinda like the Mac problem. I
don't know if he is on a Dell Laptop or not, though. When I find out I'll
let you know.
