Sorry I am going to have to disagree with that one.
Since 95 ships with IE3.x and most people are still using Win95 I would say
that IE3.x is still a very active browser and not old tech at all. Although
there are two versions newer.
but that aside I quote the Imail users guide:
'To access their e-mail via the web, users need a frams-capable browser....
Web Messaging is designed to support Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3
or later....'
Ok so some templates don't work with IE3.x Acceptable, but there should be
at least one that does, or change the systems requirements to reflect the
facts.
