That's not manageable with Imail itself.

It's not silly at all. In fact, you seem to want to address a pb that a 
very large percentage of web sites just drop in a black hole.  Handling 
support mail and website mail enquires is critical in the "Customer 
Relations Management", CRM, area.

Imail doesn't have any kind of tracking or routing of mail to speak 
off.  Considered to be about the tops in its category, check on IMS at 
www.Mustang.com.  It's the one that Ipswitch uses to handle their 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] mail.  vbg

It's not too expensive in the basic product and a for low number of msgs/day.

With Imail, you can do some routing for forwarding and aliasing mail for 
"generic" mailboxes like "sales@", "info@", "support@", "tech@".  Filtering 
on subject and msg body for specific words or phrases can give you another 
level of mail routing.
