One user reported here he had 250,000 mail accounts on one Imail server and 
25 gigabytes of traffic per day. He had huge quad xeon machine with under 
5% utilization.  He sent his outgoing mail through a Unix box for delivery 
to Internet.  He had no web messaging activity, if I recall correctly.

Others run with 100,000 mail accounts.

You should be ok with 150,000 accounts, althought if you plan to allow or 
encourage Web messaging, your results may be different.
