> experiences so forgive me if I'm not going to file this one under "Email > support being taken the wrong way". I just don't buy into the > idea that all > of the people that have had bad experiences with Ipswitch's email support > were taking the email "the wrong way". I've had mixed results with most of the calls being handled well. But, on occasion I'll get someone that doesn't want to get into the details of my problem. They seem preoccupied or something. This happens with almost every vendor I've support. In any case, the attitude from the support person was unfortunate and only adds frustration to a situation that is already tense.
