Yeah. I had two questions/problems in the last few weeks that support has
not responded to. One, I called and left a message and they haven't returned
the call. Don't they have a phone queue? Another, was an email that they
didn't reply to. I assume they just gave up on that problem.

How can they get away with such poor, unprofessional support? If we did that
here at our ISP, we would be out of business. 

I'm currently evaluating VOPMail.
