This is more a matter of educating people that they should only use HTML in E-mail if 
they are E-mail web pages!

HTML in E-mail makes for wasted Internet traffic, aids in the spreading of viruses, 
and has many, many other security issues.

About 95% of the people that send HTML E-mail only do it because the designers of 
their E-mail software set it to default to send HTML E-mail, even though very few 
people actually use any of the HTML features.
