Check page 66 of the 6.0 Users Manual -- the nobody alias.
While we're ragging on Ipswitch, I just took a look in the manual's
index for this one, and there isn't a listing for "nobody" in there.
This seems to be related to the tech support issues others are
discussing. Tech writing is a fine art, usually underappreciated by
many. The Ipswitch manuals are pretty good, but the frequently asked
questions on this list are an indication of possible improvements that
can be made. It's easy to flame some poor soul with RTFM, but if you
don't know what Ipswitch calls the solution, it can be darned hard to
find in the manual. The index, particularly, is pretty slim, but the
table of contents is rather better for this specific issue. For that
matter, the Knowledgebase could probably use increased promotion in the
product packaging as well as the manuals.
