I noticed that the primary host name entry under the "Add Host" button has
"mail.domain.com" bound to an 10.*.*.* address. there is also a 216.53.*.*
bound to the same host name "mail.domain.com". The 10.0.*.* address is not
in TCP/IP properties in Windows. I can't find the registry Key that is
storing that 10.*.*.* address. This is the ip address that this guy used on
thier LAN to install IMail to. When he put it live on the internet he must
have created a new "mail.domain.com" and bound it to the public address
216.53.*.*. Does anyone know how to get rid of this entry? Or does anyone
know if this duplicate mapping in IMail will cause the issue we're having? I
can't imagine it's a good thing. Can I rename the primary host name since it
won't let me delete the entry or change the IP to the public address without
breaking the SMTP service?
Thanks for everyones help,
steve
