That's nothing. UPS took my Cisco 2511, rewrote the IOS to reject all
packets, added some virus's, repackaged it, and then dropped it off a
building.
And that wasn't even a delivery. They actually came into the LAN room and
"took" it...

Oh, forgot to mention that they said the router was improperly packed and
shook it vigorously to prove it. How thoughtless of CISCO to package a
product so that if could not with stand a 4 inch deep triangular gash in
it's side. We tried to reproduce a similar dent in one of their empty
boxes. It took a good hard kick with a pair an army boot to approximate the
same damage. lol (or to quote Len "vbg")
