I am trying to capture a copy of every message that a user sends. I have
followed the instruction in the KB, and am using the Copy All Mail feature.
I have set a rule to search the header for the e-mail address we want to
capture, and forward those messages to another mailbox. I am testing it
with my e-mail address, just to see if it works. So far it is catching all
incoming messages to my address, and any outgoing mail I send to our domain.
However, if I send a message outside our domain, it is not capturing it.
Has anyone seen this before? Am I doing something wrong? Any help is
appreciated.
