Surfside:

I strongly recommend the Killer WebMail templates from
HumanKind (http://www.hksi.com) or at the very least
their Classic templates. They also have a tool for
online creation of email accounts, though we don't
use it here. While these templates represent an
additional cost above and beyond the base price of
IMail, they are an excellent investment, particularly
if (as it appears to be in your case) you plan on
relatively heavy web-based mail access.

The help files included in the template set answer
most user questions about the web-based mail
interface. General POP3 support documents should
usually be client-specific as opposed to server-
specific as it is the client configuration info
that the user needs. POP3 is POP3 (at least for the
most part).

We are supporting in excess of 10,000 email accounts
on about 400 domains with no significant problems.
The latest set of revisions (6.0.5a and the two hot
fixes) have eliminated virtually every bug we have
found. We move about 75,000 pieces of mail each day
or just under 2GB of data. about 15% of our users
retrieve their mail via the web-based mail tools.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Please Help

Hello, this is Tech1 from Surfside Internet. We're an ISP and we are about
to implement the Imail web server to our service real soon. Does anyone
have a good link to an on-line help page for the end user accessing Imail?
We're trying to develop an on-line help page on our website for the Imail
program for our customers and we're looking for some ideas. Please help.

Also, how can new users create an account for themselves through Imail? How
do you enable such an option if there is one?
Thank you.
