Do you mean for the web based email, or the POP3. For web based I think Killer Web Mail comes with help files for end users. Check out www.KillerWebMail.com. It's well worth the price.   As for creating their own account, I use an external db for iMail (SQL 7) and then have ASP create the account their. You can also get a program from the Killer Web Mail people that will do that.   Off topic: Surfside is the *best* ISP in the world! I used them for a long time and only left because I got DSL. You guys do an awesome job!   T.
