Hi all,
I need to create an application, which will verify if recipients' email
addresses are valid or not. For this purpose, i cannot wait a confirmation
from the recipient (the easy way).
In fact i need to analyse the answer of the recipient's mailer daemon, and
in case of undeliverable email, store this information in a database. By
default, all other addresses "deliverable" will be stored in another
database.
Am i clear enough ?
I think i'll use a MSSQL job by night, which will use stored procedure and
IMail server for sending emails to a list issued from a query.
This part is easy.
The other part : interpreting mailer daemon response (valid address or not)
confuses me a little.
Can someone point me in the right direction ?
