[IMail Forum] open relay

Hi, can anyone help me please.
How do i configure imail so as to stop Open Relay. I have just installe da
trial of 6.05 
I know there is an option to select local host only, local user etc, but
what configs 
do I need to make to allow mail from/to virtual hosts on the system.
