[IMail Forum] SMTP Bouncing

Does anyone know why My SMTP service would be bouncing UP and Down Several
times an hour.  I have a machine with 400 Mailboxes and is a AMD Athalon 900
w/512 MB Ram and is Version 6.05 with all the Patches and upgrades.
Humm...Rebooting doesn't help either...???
