Ian,
In the log file, you should see a line like:
20010119 002615 127.0.0.1 SMTPD (queue run)
Which indicates IMail has started an attempt to deliver queued email. This
should repeat every X minutes, where X is the value set in the Queue Timer.
Just after that (time is the numbers before the IP address), the log should
show IMail making attempts to deliver what remains in the queue. Lines like:
01:19 12:38 SMTP-(000000D8) processing C:\IMail\spool\Q7b9421a.SMD
are IMail beginning to deliver a message.
