One of my users just experienced a weird problem that I can't figure out.
The user was the TO: addressee in an e-mail by a sender on an AOL account.
There were CC's on the email that had the same DN as my TO: user.
All of the CC's were delivered successfully, but the TO: addressee did not
get her copy of the mail delivered into Outlook Express.
I've checked her OE setup, and it's definitely o.k. Furthermore, I have
since sent her test messages from an AOL account, and she gets these test
emails o.k.
Any idea as what might have happened here? Can a single message get lost? Am
I overlooking something?
It's strange that users with the same DN in their address (which is the mail
server I administer) got their CC's while she didn't get her TO.
Is there a log that I can turn on for POP3 something like the SMTP log that
exists?
