Kevin,
You really don't need the POP3 logging on to determine if IMail put the
message into the users account. In the SMPT log, look for a line with
'user-main' where username is that persons account. If the line also has a
'ldeliver' and status of 1, then IMail put it into that account.
Here is one as a sample:
01:26 12:02 SMTP-(00000079) ldeliver dcubed.ipswitch.com donnelly-main (1)
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 672
This shows: local deliver to hostname to user-main (success) from
<emailaddress> MSGsize
If you cannot see the email with one client, try another (or use Web
Messaging). If the other client shows the email, then re-sync Outlook.
