RE: checking SMTP log for 'user-main' ldeliver

I did as you suggest, and it confirmed that successful delivery had taken
place for both TO and CC addressees.
So I presume that means something is up with the TO user's OE setup or
machine.
When you say I should re-sync OE, do you simply mean going to
"tools/synchronize all" or do you mean something more sophisticated or
hidden? We've done the simple 'synchronize all' and that has imported all
mail off of the server, but the AOL email wasn't among them.
