The problem is that there is no MX record for levenfeld.com.  Although most mail 
servers will check the A record if no MX record exists, the program on our web site 
doesn't do that.  If you update the DNS entries so that levenfeld.com has an MX 
record, the virus scanner tester should work.  If some people have troubles sending 
mail to you, the missing MX would explain the problem.

I'll see about updating the tester to report the problem a little more nicely than 
spitting out a bunch of error messages.
