I am afraid, this is not correct.
Levenfeld.com has MX record that points to mail.levenfeld.com
I personally set it up since I am the domain owner. I just double-checked it
through my registration point (www.register.com) and high priority MX points
to mail.levenfeld.com
This server is in operation for about a year and I never had anyone
complaining about not being able to send e-mail to this domain.

most mail servers will check the A record if no MX record exists, the
program on our web site doesn't do that. If you update the DNS entries so
that levenfeld.com has an MX record,

sending mail to you, the missing MX would explain the problem.
