Hi Michel and Daniel,

I'm having the same problem, I think, but I know where Michel is coming
from. The NDR is very, to say the least, ambiguous. My message says
exactly:

This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:

if you feel this message to be in error.

Blank with no return error code. But I haven't yet submitted the DNS entry
for reverse lookup that I think may be the problem, as I found later on in
the Knowledge Base and as Daniel said. Hopefully I can explain it well
enough when I have to submit that change to my ISP.

Thanks for your help!

Michel,

All these servers are SendMail, which can be (and often is!) configured to
perform Reverse lookups before it will accept incoming email. Your domain,
does not have PTR records (and the name IMail uses has no A record, either).

When you have returned messages, it helps if you include the error message!
Then the forum members can give you more specific help. Mine was pretty much
a guess, but I've seen it enough, that I'm pretty sure this is your problem.

Daniel Donnelly
