1. Go to Webshield configuration console
2. Click on "Delivery" tab
3. Uncheck "Enable direct send delivery method"
4. In delivery window it should read "deliver all e-mail to the local mail
server", but all options below it should be unchecked.
5. "Webshield and Mail server are located on the same server" should be
checked.
Test and let me know
