Thanks, but I believe that must be for version 4.5. We've had the software
for a long time and are just now getting around to trying to install it (it
is version 4.0). I don't have my my "Grant" to logon to the download site
for the upgrade. I have an old support password, but I guess they have
changed things since I have been there last.
I disabled Direct Send via the registry. Still no luck.
Still getting "Unable to connect via A-record". Doesn't make sense. An
A-record is defined for the email server. I can ping it fine. I can use it
to send and receive mail without WebShield.
AHHHH!!!
Frustrated!!!
Any other suggestions (besides a different package ;-) ) Thanks for your
