Sounds like you are missing a 'zero' in your setting. 10M is '10000000' in
IMail.
Or the user is actually using the global setting and it is 1M. A setting for
the user, larger than the setting for global, is allowed. Smaller, is not
and IMail will revert that user to the global setting.
BTW, I've seen 'repeats' of earlier email from you. These have been answered
already. Are you still having some problem with outbound email?
PS - It might help, if you asked some questions. All your messages are
statements, which do not always look like requests for help.
