I'm guessing something will be done before long, since it seems clear that there is an
IMail parsing issue (the logs seem to show it including the quotation marks as part of
the E-mail address if there is a comma within the quotes). Previously, all signs
pointed to Microsoft problems (apparently, there was a Microsoft problem that had the
same symptoms).
