[IMail Forum] Off Site MX Hosting Company

Anyone have any good suggestions for an offsite company that would be like
the 3rd MX record to host mail if my entire ISP or T1 were to die?  I do not
want to loose mail so I figure there must be some company out there that
will store mail for a reasonable rate until the disaster is no longer?

Any help is appreciated.
