I hope someone can help with this. I have 2 clients that need SSL certs for
their web transactions. I've been trying to get up to speed on the
implementation of SSL. So, forgive if these questions seem basic but even
though I understand the concept I'm trying to figure out the implementation.
1. Can Imail running on a separate box from the webserver share the same
certificate for a domain?
2. Is Imail compatible with Thawte? Their US 128bit is $125 vs. Verisign's
$349 and their new (as of 1.1.00) international compatible 128bit
certificate is $349 vs. $849 for Verisign. I ask this question because I
saw the recent thread about certain issuers certs not working with Imail.
Any other warnings or advice would be greatly appreciated.
I searched the KB but couldn't find much of anything.
